• 2008 2-7   The Hawai`i Supreme Court issued an opinion addressing the Apology Resolution as law. The inalienable trust of the ceded lands will be held until such time as the reconciliation process is completed.

• 2007 11-21   The Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples was adopted by the United Nations on September 13.

   

• 2007 11-20   The King has issued a letter to Congresswoman Pelosi

• 2007 11-1  The King has issued an opinion on the Akaka Bill 

   

• 2007 10-24   The King has recently issued a letter to OHA
